Lunch and Learn
Allow one of our skilled doctors to visit your office and share their knowledge about functional vision. Demonstrations and handouts will be provided, and the topics discussed will be geared toward your interests.
There are many ways that you can help direct patients to our office. Choose the easiest for you and for your patient:
- Website – fill out the patient information below and we will contact them for an appointment
- Fax – fax over the patient records and our office will contact them with more information and set up an appointment
- Email – send an email with the patient’s basic information to our email at [email protected] or use the Contact Us page
- Call – if you have a question about a patient case and are not sure if vision therapy is appropriate, our doctors are always available to review the case via phone or email.
