For several years I noticed inconsistencies in my daughter’s cognitive ability to do things vs. her ability to. She has always done well in school and she’s been identified as a gifted child. When I brought up my concerns to her teachers (letter and number reversals, spelling mistakes all the time, fluency issues, etc.) they didn’t feel there was anything “wrong” with her. After visiting the website and reading about blurry vision, eye teaming and tracking issues as well as filling out an evaluation, I called to set up an appointment immediately. Indeed it was determined that my daughter could benefit from vision therapy. Our experience has been amazing on so many levels. The office staff was polite and helpful. The doctors and assistants were knowledgeable and thorough. Each week Dr. Dudley and Nikki were encouraging, positive and great with my daughter! It was such a positive experience.
